  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders are delivered only to serviceable PIN codes.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are food items, returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product arrives damaged
  • Product is spoiled during transit
  • Refund approval is subject to verification by our customer support team.

Requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
