    1. How can I place an order with Grocenova?

    Simply browse our products (Melora Cookies & Cracklio Chips), add them to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email or message right away.

    2. How long will delivery take?

    We usually deliver within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Nearby orders may arrive faster. You’ll also receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

    3. Do you deliver outside DDU and Delhi?

    Yes! Our Melora Cookies are available for delivery across Pan India through our website as well as marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. No matter where you are, you can enjoy our cookies at your doorstep.

    4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

    Don’t worry! If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll quickly resolve it through a replacement or refund.

    5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of snacks.
