By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility & Use of Service

  • You must be 18 years or older to place orders or make payments on Grocenova.in.

  • Our products (Melora Cookies & Cracklio Chips) are suitable for all ages, but purchasing through the website is legally restricted to adults.

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Pricing: All prices displayed are inclusive of GST or, where applicable, GST and other taxes will be added at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to packaging, seasonal availability, or handmade nature.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and complete.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways like Razorpay and PhonePe.

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • Grocenova is not responsible for additional fees imposed by banks or payment providers.

  • Any applicable GST, service charges, or shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines: Standard – 2–5 business days (depending on PIN code). Metro/nearby areas – 1–3 days. Remote areas may take longer.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or high demand.

  • We deliver to serviceable PIN codes in India. Non-serviceable addresses cannot place orders.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details (if available).

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Since our products are perishable and handmade, returns are accepted only for damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a cash refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Grocenova.in (logos, product names, text, images, designs, website layout) is the property of Grocenova and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt website functionality or payment systems.
