Yes! Our Melora Cookies and Cracklio Chips are made for everyone to enjoy. However, online orders must be placed by adults 18+ for legal compliance.

2. Are your cookies and chips freshly made?
Absolutely! All products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and delicious taste.

3. Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Since our products are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, wrong, or missing items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Do you deliver across India?
We currently deliver to serviceable PIN codes in India. During checkout, you will be notified if your location is covered.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro & nearby areas: 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas may take longer due to courier limitations

6. How do I track my order?
