At Grocenova, we bake and pack every order fresh to ensure you receive high-quality cookies and chips at your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and shipping timelines.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and packed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after business hours, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Since our products are made in small batches, dispatch time may vary slightly based on demand and availability.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your PIN code).

  • Metro & Nearby Locations: Usually 1–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer due to courier coverage.

⚠️ Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, or high demand during festivals.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on minimum order values.


4. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver to selected serviceable PIN codes in India.

  • At checkout, you will be notified whether your location is covered.

  • If your address is outside our delivery network, you will not be able to place the order.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details (if supported by our courier partner).

  • For any assistance with tracking, you may contact our customer support.


6. Failed / Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will usually make 1–2 additional attempts.

  • If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled. Refunds/replacements will be processed only as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos/videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. Third-Party Logistics

  • We rely on trusted third-party courier partners for shipping and delivery.

  • While we ensure safe packaging and timely dispatch, Grocenova is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

  • However, our team will assist you in resolving any courier-related issues.
