At Grocenova, we work hard to prepare and deliver freshly made cookies and chips to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable and handmade in small batches, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at contact@grocenova.com.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or spoiled product.

  • You received a wrong item.

  • A product is missing from your order.

To be eligible:

  • You must raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) and photo/video evidence of the issue must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns in cases such as:

  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences.

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.

  • Delays caused by courier or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we review your request and approve the return/refund, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • In some cases, we may issue a store credit/coupon code instead of a cash refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI wallet again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (Razorpay/bank).
